Return Policy – Aura American Diamonds
At Aura American Diamonds, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return under the following conditions:
* Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
* Product must be unused and in original packaging
* Unboxing video is required for damage claims
* Items purchased during special sales may not be eligible for return

Approved returns will be processed after quality inspection.

* Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
* Refund will be issued to the original payment method
* Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
* COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
